Oatmeal cocoon with tone-on-tone cream embroidery.
- Cocoon fabric has a pronounced slubby crosshatch weave you can see up close, which gives the barong texture before any embroidery is added.
- Tone-on-tone cream chevron and lattice bands run either side of the placket and join across a scrolled panel below it, reading as texture rather than contrast.
- Single layer and light, with the camisa showing through faintly the way a traditional barong does, and pearl buttons set in slim metal rims.
A groom and principal sponsor favorite, and the one to reach for when the ceremony calls for something quieter than heavy embroidery. Handmade in the Philippines by artisans we work with directly, then packed in a gift box ready to give.
Sizing. Order by the US size listed on this page. Garment tags display Filipino sizing (a tag marked ‘XL’ corresponds to US Large). The traditional Filipino barong cut runs relaxed by design, so for a more fitted look, size down one US size.
Care. Hand wash cold and hang to dry. Do not bleach, do not tumble dry, and do not iron directly on the embroidery.
