Every piece ships from our warehouse in Minnesota, so your barong or filipiniana never waits on an overseas package. Here is exactly how shipping and returns work.
Shipping
When your order ships
Order before 10:00 AM Central, Monday through Friday (or before noon on Saturday), and your order ships the same day from our Minnesota warehouse. Orders placed after the cutoff ship the next business day. A tracking number is emailed to you automatically as soon as the label is created.
Shipping options and cost
- Standard shipping is always free. USPS Ground Advantage, typically 4 to 8 business days.
- Expedited shipping is a flat $11. FedEx 2-Day, arriving 1 to 2 business days after it ships. Choose it at checkout when the wedding is close.

Returns & Exchanges
Our 30-day promise
You can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery, for any reason. We only ask that the piece is unworn, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Gift cards are the one thing we cannot take back.
Fit issues? Exchanges are on us
If the size is not right, we cover return shipping on the exchange. Our Fit Center can help you land the right size the first time, and if it still is not perfect, we make it easy to swap.
How to start a return
- Email hi@handmadekapamilya.com with your order number and whether you want a refund or an exchange.
- We reply with simple return instructions, usually within one business day.
- Once your return arrives and is checked, refunds go back to your original payment method, and exchanges ship right out.
