    We ordered custom Barongs from the Philippines for my dad’s funeral, but the measurements were off. With the funeral less than a week away, I reached out to Alex on Saturday, June 6 for a rush order of 10 Barongs. It was late in the day for me and after hours for him.

    Alex was understanding, helpful, and patient while I juggled funeral arrangements. He put together a backup plan for next-day delivery in case the sizing (2″ up from chest measurements, per his guidance) didn’t work out.

    Everything fit perfectly. The Barongs were a meaningful part of honoring my dad, and I’m grateful for the care Alex took getting it right. Highly recommend Handmade Kapamilya!
